Creating Your Vendor Account
Learn how to register as a vendor on VeFix and choose the right seller type for your business.
Getting Started
To start selling on VeFix, you'll need to create a vendor account. The process takes just a few minutes and gets you access to your own seller dashboard.
Step 1: Visit the Sign Up Page
Navigate to /register and select Sell on VeFix as your account type. You'll be presented with two seller type options:
- Private Seller — For individuals selling personal items
- Registered Business — For limited companies, sole traders, and established businesses
Step 2: Choose Your Seller Type
Select the option that best describes you. If you're a registered business, you'll need to provide your Company Registration Number.
Step 3: Identity Verification
Upload a photo ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card). This is required before your listings go live. Your account is created immediately, but your listings will remain in draft until our team approves your ID.
Step 4: Email Verification
Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link. Once verified, you'll be directed to complete your vendor profile.
💡 Tip: Make sure your ID photo is clear and fully visible. Blurry or cropped images will delay verification.
