You have 30 days to return unused parts in original packaging for a full refund. See our Returns Policy for full details.
Yes, most parts come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies by product and is displayed on each product page. Some sellers also offer extended warranty options at checkout.
Services & Bookings
Search for services near you, select a garage, choose your service type, pick an available date and time, and confirm. You'll receive an email confirmation with all the details.
Yes, you can manage your booking from your account dashboard. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your appointment.
All service providers on VeFix go through our verification process. Look for the 'VeFix Verified' badge which means they've passed our quality checks.
Contact our support team within 7 days of your service. We'll work with the garage to resolve any issues. If needed, we can arrange a re-service or process a refund.
Selling Vehicles
Create an account, click 'Sell your vehicle', and follow the step-by-step listing process. You'll add photos, details, and set your price. Listings are reviewed within 24 hours.
Listing is free for private sellers. We charge a small success fee only when your vehicle sells. Dealers have different subscription plans available.
We recommend meeting in public places, verifying buyer ID, and accompanying all test drives. See our Safety Tips for detailed guidance.
Standard listings remain active for 30 days. You can renew, edit, or remove your listing at any time from your dashboard. Premium listings stay active for 60 days with additional visibility.
Orders & Delivery
Delivery times vary by seller. Most parts arrive within 2-5 business days. Check the product page for specific delivery estimates.
Yes, once shipped you'll receive tracking information via email. You can also track orders in your account dashboard.
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. Don't accept clearly damaged packages from couriers.
Shipping availability depends on the seller. Many sellers ship within the UK only, but some offer European and international shipping. Check the product page for available shipping options.
Payments & Refunds

You can sell auto parts (new, refurbished, or used), offer repair and maintenance services, and list vehicles for sale.
Most vendor accounts are verified within 24-48 hours. We may request additional documentation for vehicle dealers.
