Booking a Service

Find local garages and book services like MOTs, tyres, and car servicing directly through VeFix.

Finding a Service

Browse services at /services or search for a specific service type. You can filter by:

  • Service type — MOT, Tyre Fitting, Full Service, etc.
  • Location — Enter your postcode to find nearby garages
  • Vehicle type — Filter for EV specialists, HGV, etc.
  • Price — Set a maximum budget

Choosing a Garage

Click on any service to see the vendor's full profile — including their location, reviews, certifications, and opening hours. Read customer reviews to make an informed choice.

Booking

  1. Click Book Now on the service page
  2. Select your preferred date — available slots are shown based on the garage's opening hours and existing bookings
  3. Choose a time slot
  4. Add any notes for the garage (e.g. specific issues, preferred drop-off time)
  5. Review the booking summary and click Confirm Booking

After Booking

You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. The booking appears in your Profile → My Bookings dashboard. The vendor will also be notified and can confirm or contact you if needed.

✅ You can cancel or reschedule bookings up to 24 hours before the appointment from your dashboard.
