These Customer Terms & Conditions govern your use of the VeFix platform. By accessing or using VeFix, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

About VeFix

VeFix is an online marketplace that connects vehicle owners with independent vendors who offer automotive services, vehicles, products, and related experiences.

VeFix does not provide automotive services itself.

All services, products, and vehicles listed on the platform are provided by independent vendors.

VeFix acts solely as a technology platform facilitating connections and payments between customers and vendors.

Eligibility

To use VeFix you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Marketplace Role

VeFix provides a platform where customers can:

• Discover automotive services
• Book service appointments
• Purchase products or vehicles
• Communicate with vendors

VeFix does not control or supervise vendors.

The contract for any service or product is between you and the vendor, not VeFix.

Vendor Responsibility

Each vendor on VeFix is an independent business responsible for:

• The services they perform
• The products they sell
• Pricing and service quality
• Compliance with laws and regulations

Vendors may operate under their own terms and conditions, refund policies, and warranties.

By booking or purchasing through VeFix, you agree that your transaction is with the vendor.

Booking & Purchases

When you book or purchase through VeFix:

• You agree to pay the listed price
• You agree to the vendor's terms and policies
• You confirm that the information provided is accurate

Some services may require scheduling directly with the vendor.

Payments

Payments made on VeFix are processed through secure payment providers.

VeFix may act as a limited payment collection agent for vendors.

Once payment is made:

• Funds are transferred to the vendor (minus platform fees)
• The vendor is responsible for delivering the service or product

Cancellations & Refunds

Refund and cancellation policies may vary by vendor.

Customers must review the vendor's individual policy before completing a booking.

Where required by law, vendors must honor applicable consumer rights.

VeFix may assist in facilitating refunds or dispute resolution but is not obligated to issue refunds on behalf of vendors.

Customer Responsibilities

When using VeFix you agree to:

• Treat vendors professionally and respectfully
• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Attend scheduled appointments or provide reasonable notice of cancellation
• Comply with vendor instructions and safety guidelines

Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.

Disputes Between Customers and Vendors

Any dispute relating to services or products purchased through VeFix must first be addressed with the vendor.

VeFix may offer mediation assistance but does not guarantee dispute resolution.

VeFix is not responsible for the outcome of disputes between customers and vendors.

No Guarantee of Service Quality

VeFix does not guarantee:

• Service quality
• Vendor performance
• Product authenticity
• Vehicle condition
• Repair outcomes

Customers should conduct their own assessment before selecting a vendor.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeFix shall not be liable for:

• Damage caused by vendor services
• Faulty repairs
• Defective products
• Personal injury
• Vehicle damage
• Financial losses arising from vendor services

Customers use vendors on the platform at their own risk.

Platform Availability

VeFix aims to keep the platform available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the platform without notice.

Reviews & Ratings

Customers may leave reviews of vendors.

Reviews must:

• Be honest and accurate
• Not contain offensive or defamatory content
• Not include false allegations

VeFix may remove reviews that violate platform guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All content on the VeFix platform including branding, logos, software, design, and marketplace architecture is owned by VeFix.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

Platform Misuse

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass the platform to avoid payments
• Harass vendors or other users
• Upload harmful or illegal content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension.

Data Protection

VeFix processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

Suspension or Termination

VeFix may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraud
• Abuse vendors or the platform
• Attempt to circumvent marketplace payments

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

VeFix may update these Terms from time to time.

Users will be notified of material changes through the platform or email.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
